NURSERY INFORMATION
We are open:
8am - 5.45pm Monday to Friday
Closed Bank Holidays and the Holiday between Christmas Eve and New Year.
Fees are not charged if we are closed.
Session times and rates:
Full day - 8am - 5.45pm (£65.00 including meals)
Morning session - 8am - 1pm (£40.00 including meals)
Afternoon session - 1.15pm - 5.45pm (£37.00 including meals)
School Day for over 3's - 9am - 3pm (£50.00 including meals)
Special rates to use additional funding hours that do not cover a full session:
Full day - £55.00 including meals
Morning session - £22.00 including meals
School day 8am - 3pm session - £27.50 including meals
School day 9am - 3pm - 22.00
Breakfast is choice of cereals, available before 9am
A home-cooked lunch by our onsite chef Suzanne, is included in the morning and full day session. Funded sessions do not include meal charges, however this is an optional fee and packed lunch can be brought in if preferred.
High tea is included in the afternoon and full day session.
All meals should be brought in for weaning babies.
Meal charges for funded sessions - Optional:
Morning meals (Breakfast, snack and hot lunch) - £5.50 per day
Full day meals (As above + Tea) - £7.50 per day
Afternoon meals (Tea only) - £2.50 per day
Funding
All 3 and 4-year-olds are eligible for nursery education funding, and we also offer funded sessions for eligible children over 9 months old.
Babies and Under 3's
We only offer funding as a stretched option over 51 weeks of the year for our children under 3. This means your child will get 22.6 hours of funding a week. We offer the following sessions
8.00am - 6.00pm = 10 hours of funding
8.00am - 1.00pm = 5 hours of funding
1.15pm - 6.00pm = 4.75 hours of funding
If you have funded hours remaining and you want to use them, these can be used towards the special rate sessions. For example 2.6 hours will reduce your full day session price from £65.00 to £55.00.
Children over 3 and 2 year olds in receipt of FAS
In addition to the sessions above your child will be eligible to take term time only funding and the added option of 'School Day' hours. Term time only funding gives you 15/30 hours of funding per week across 38 weeks over the year. Stretched funding will give you either 12/24 over 47.5 weeks, or 22.6 hours as stated above.
9.00am - 3.00pm = 6 hours of funding
8.00am - 3.00pm = 7 hours of funding
