It is our staff team that takes The Old School Nursery from being just a nursery, to a family. We have incredibly high expectations and standards when choosing our staff. All of our team are qualified to a minimum of Level 3 qualification in childcare, but we are incredibly lucky to have a team with a wealth of knowledge, experience and higher qualifications.

 

The owner, Mel has a BA in Early Childhood Studies and is an Early Years Teacher.

 

The Manager, Taylor also has a degree in Early Childhood Studies.

Other staff qualifications range from degrees to Level 3.

 

At The Old School, we encourage a culture of learning where we embark on learning adventures for the whole team, and staff also get the opportunity to embark on training they are particularly interested in. All of this has a hugely positive effect on the children's learning outcomes.
